  • Account Creation: School accounts are created as a single sign-on managed entirely by a teacher or administrator.

  • Data Stored: We do not collect or store individual student names, emails, or personal details.

  • Activity: School users only watch videos and download project files. No information regarding individual user viewing habits, download history, or behavioural data is gathered or stored.

B. Non-School Members (Subscription Accounts)

  • Account Creation: Individual non-school members who sign up for a subscription must create an account using a name and email address. This is used solely to manage your website access.

  • Payment Details: To process subscription payments, you will enter your credit card details at checkout.

​3. How Payments Are Processed

We do not store, view, or have access to any financial or credit card information on our servers. All payments are handled securely off-site:

  • School Invoices: School accounts do not enter payment information on our site. Invoices are emailed directly to school administrators and paid externally via direct bank transfer based on the provided payment details.

  • Subscription Payments: Credit card transactions for individual subscriptions are processed directly through Stripe, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateway. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix uses essential cookies to ensure the website functions securely and correctly (such as keeping you logged into your account). We do not use marketing, tracking, or advertising cookies to profile our users.

Our website provides educational videos and downloadable files. While we strictly vet our downloadable content, our site may contain links to external educational resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.
